Gilles Sarthou artiste peintre
Without pretention Gilles Sarthou explains that his love of boats and colours, which goes back a long way even to the point of talking about the Arcachon Bay's famous "pinasses" (flat bottomed boats), is self evident. If he became an artist by way of the sea, he also paints hunting hounds, elephants and horses. To paint and to sail: two sure routes to happiness and fulfillment.
